Function of the injection system: the injection system is one of the most important parts of the injection molding machine, generally there are three main forms: plunger type, screw type and screw pre plastic plunger injection type. At present, the most widely used is screw type. Its function is to heat and plasticize a certain amount of plastic in a specified time in a cycle of injection molding machine, and then inject the molten plastic into the mold cavity through the screw under a certain pressure and speed. At the end of the injection, the molten material injected into the mold cavity remains set. Composition of injection system: the injection system is composed of plasticizing device and power transmission device. The plasticizing device of screw injection molding machine is mainly composed of feeding device, barrel, screw and nozzle. The power transmission device includes an injection cylinder, an injection base moving cylinder and a screw drive device (glue motor).

Function of die closing system: the function of the die closing system is to ensure that the die is closed, opened and ejected. At the same time, after the mold is closed, enough mold locking force is provided for the mold to resist the mold cavity pressure caused by the molten plastic entering the mold cavity and prevent the mold from slotting, resulting in the poor status of the products. Composition of the die closing system: the die closing system is mainly composed of the die closing device, the die adjusting mechanism, the ejection mechanism, the front and rear fixed templates, the moving templates, the die closing oil cylinder and the safety protection mechanism.

The function of the hydraulic transmission system is to provide power for the injection molding machine according to various actions required by the process, and to meet the requirements of pressure, speed, temperature, etc. for each part of the injection molding machine. It is mainly composed of various hydraulic components and hydraulic auxiliary components, in which oil pump and motor are the power sources of injection molding machine. Various valves control the oil pressure and flow, so as to meet the requirements of injection molding process.

The reasonable cooperation between the electric control system and the hydraulic system can realize the process requirements (pressure, temperature, speed, time) and various program actions of the injection machine. It is mainly composed of electrical appliances, electronic components, instruments, heaters, sensors, etc. Generally, there are four control modes, manual, semi-automatic, full-automatic and adjustment.

The heating system is used to heat the barrel and the injection nozzle. Generally, the barrel of the injection molding machine uses the electric heating ring as the heating device, which is installed on the outside of the barrel and detected by the thermocouple in sections. The heat is transmitted through the cylinder wall to provide heat source for material plasticization; the cooling system is mainly used to cool the oil temperature, which will cause a variety of faults, so the oil temperature must be controlled. The other place to be cooled is near the blanking opening of the material pipe, so as to prevent the melting of the material at the blanking opening, resulting in the abnormal blanking of the material.

The safety device of injection molding machine is mainly used to protect human and machine safety. It is mainly composed of safety door, hydraulic valve, limit switch, photoelectric detection element, etc. to realize electrical mechanical hydraulic interlocking protection. The monitoring system mainly monitors the oil temperature, material temperature, system overload, process and equipment failure of the injection molding machine, and indicates or alarms in case of any abnormality.
